If you are a "jack of all trades", this job is for you! We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant who is very team and customer service oriented.

This position is responsible for assisting with overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Additional duties will include electrical / plumbing work, light construction, drywall patch / paint as well as coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors.
Experience working with seniors and various state / local agencies for inspections a plus!
Qualified Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
We are looking to hire quickly for the Maintenance Assistant position. You can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
