Onboarding & Status: This role is tasked with the overall maintenance of internal employee records. Beginning with onboarding for new team members while maintaining all staff records. This role will be tasked with determining and maintaining insurance eligibility of our team members while assisting in the insurance renewal process and open enrollment period.
Payroll Processing: This task involves the reconciliation of time sheets and tip distributions for bi-weekly processing in Paylocity to ensure accurate payroll for our team members. Experience with Excel, time sheet management and payroll entry is critical to this task.
Accounts Payable: Another role is to assist the accounting team in managing our AP by entering vendor invoices, credit card receipts and other financial transactions including payroll data into QuickBooks Online data bases.
