Who We're Looking For - Call Center Recruiter

As a Call Center Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-quality candidates to join our call center sales team. You will be responsible for performing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and creating a thriving pipeline of exceptional talent.

The Impact You Will Make

• Conduct high-volume full cycle recruiting activities to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Educate applicants about Clearlink's culture, values, and the benefits of being a Clearlinker.
• Sell the experience of working at Clearlink and how it can positively impact candidates' lives and careers.
• Maintain detailed and thorough records for all applicants using company systems and resources.
• Proactively analyze recruiting processes and collaborate with team members to drive improvements.

What You Need

• 1-3 Years as a Recruiter preferred
• Goal Oriented and Flexible: Ability to work individually and with a team to meet hiring goals within strict deadlines. Adaptability to an ever-changing environment.

• Experience with Information Reporting: Proficiency in applicant tracking software, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other standard office software. Familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.
• Utah Residents: This position is open to all current Utah residents who are willing to work in our World Class Headquarter in Draper, UT.
