ClearForMe is a BeautyTech Startup whose mission is to change the way the world sees ingredients. We are working on building the most comprehensive ingredient platform that Beauty Retailers, Brands can connect to so they can bring Ingredient Transparency to consumers.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for external or internal questions or needs pertaining to business operations. This role actively utilizes creative writing and customer service capacities. You will answer questions and provide clarifying explanations to items brought up by internal or external clients. This role may support email correspondence with our Beauty Brand clients in areas involving platform training, ingredient workflows, invoicing, and other technical questions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling customer success functions such as, resolving potential concerns, educating clients on our solution, and marketing product features and capabilities.
• Editing various documents or emails for internal and external audiences
• Drafting written communications to employees, customers, and partners
• Keeping executive team up to date on feedback received from our clients
• Taking on occasional clerical duties as assigned by the executive team

• Communicator: You have a wonderful attitude and professional etiquette. Customers enjoy working with you because you bring a sense of comfort and trust with them.
• Ambitious: You are looking to build your career and eager to do well so you can grow your responsibilities and your career in the Tech industry and at ClearForMe.
• Tech Savvy: be sure to highlight in your resume or cover letter if you have any of the below skills:
  • You've used MS Office. You have used computer systems in your prior work roles or school projects and are able to show us how you use them.
  • You've put presentations together using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides or equivalent.
  • Bonus (be sure to highlight in your resume or cover letter if you have any of the below)
    • You're super familiar with Spreadsheets (familiarity with Excel functions, such as Filters, Functions, and Formatting, is a real plus)
    • You've used CRM platforms
    • You have worked with API solutions before.

• Academic/Experience Background: You have a college-degree with 1-2 years of work experience in a professional / office setting.
