ClearForMe is a BeautyTech Startup whose mission is to change the way the world sees ingredients. We are working on building the most comprehensive ingredient platform that Beauty Retailers, Brands can connect to so they can bring Ingredient Transparency to consumers.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for external or internal questions or needs pertaining to business operations. This role actively utilizes creative writing and customer service capacities. You will answer questions and provide clarifying explanations to items brought up by internal or external clients. This role may support email correspondence with our Beauty Brand clients in areas involving platform training, ingredient workflows, invoicing, and other technical questions.
