ClearChoiceMD is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Bedford, NH

Emergence Health Holdings is seeking a dependable Support Team Representative to join our ClearChoiceMD call center team in Bedford, NH. Our ideal candidate is friendly and has excellent communication skills and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time Position: F/T position is 4 10 hour shifts a week (8a-6p) with rotating weekends.

Job Title: Support Team Representative

Job Summary: Our Support Team Representatives are individuals that provide 5-star customer service to our patients and the public over the phone. Answering questions about our services, insurances, billing, etc. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Support Center Representative - tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Answering questions about our centers and the services we offer.
  • Collaborate with call center team members to provide feedback to our patient’s questions
  • Retrieve and provide lab results from our online database for our patients
  • Remotely support our registration staff with patient registration, linking scanned documents and answering calls.
  • Transferring calls to appropriate departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask between phone and computer duties
  • Must possess highly professional customer service skills
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all time

Key Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be organized with attention to detail
  • Engaging, calm under pressure, and able to handle escalated calls
  • Be able to balance speed and accuracy

Education & Experience:

  • High School Degree required.
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 years of Call Center experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated good judgement, initiative and patient interaction skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: Work is performed in our Bedford, NH telehealth and call center office, cubicle environment.

Physical Demands: This is a largely sedentary role; position required extensive use of computer systems.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time role, (4) 10 hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.

Travel:No travel is expected for this position.
