CILA Support Specialist

Program: Community Integrated Living Services

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00am-7:00pm, flexing schedule as needed to cover overnight or other shifts, or extended hours for activities, as needed

Pay: $43,000 plus benefits

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are in need of a CILA Support for our residential homes located in McHenry County, IL.

The CILA Support Specialist is responsible for scheduling CILA shifts, finding staff replacements for call-offs, planning activities for each home, and providing transportation to and from activities. Responsible for filling shifts, fulfilling on-call responsibilities for staff call-ins, and filling available shifts with sub-staff. The CILA Support Specialist will post and send out monthly staff schedules to home, staff, and QIDP. This position also involves driving clients to and from community activities on assigned days, as well as driving them to their day program.. Activities will be planned, developed, and facilitated by the CILA Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative and flexibility in handling unexpected situations, problems, temporary tasks, and emergency situations, and perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma/ GED
• Valid IL driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to assist clients with embarking and disembarking vehicles
• Experience with scheduling preferred
