Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is in need of an HRIS Data Governance Analyst for an initial 12-month contract, likely to convert to full-time. Working remotely, the Analyst will be cleaning up existing Workday data, establishing standards and best practices for internal teams, and creating auditing processes to ensure good data moving forward.
Required skills:

• 5 years' experience working with Workday
• Must have extensive experience with data cleansing and manipulation
• Must have experience creating data auditing processes
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder manager
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence internal teams around data importance
