As a Director, Product Management you will lead multiple teams that are instrumental to CLEAR’s ability to deliver seamless and delightful consumer experiences. Your domain will encompass core Membership management experiences, Member Care enablement, and our Subscription & Payments platform. Your main priorities are to (1) elevate the CLEAR Plus member experience through frictionless self-service account management and delightful Member Care interactions that drive lasting retention; and (2) build reliable CLEAR-owned subscription, payment and pricing services, enabling business scalability and agility with minimal engineering overhead.

The base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
