The Team:
As a leader in the Information Security team, you'll have the opportunity to shape Clear Street's maturing information security program and influence the security foundation for all our products and services. In this role specifically, you'll be responsible for building and managing our security operations program including our detection and response capabilities. You will:

• Build a security operations team, bringing in strong expertise in detection and incident response.
• Build and execute a security operations program that fits Clear Street's cyber security goals.
• Lead the process of building a supporting technology stack using cutting edge tools and systems.
• Build detection and response processes for a variety of threat scenarios.
• Work with GRC to refine IR capabilities
• Lead security investigations and threat hunting activities
• Build a honeypot array based on Clear Street's unique technology stack

Requirements:

• At least eight (8) years of experience architecting and operating SIEM and SOAR deployment
• Experience managing a security operations team - must
• Background in malware detection and analysis
• Experience managing incident response processes
• Very good understanding of current cyber security threats and attack vectors
• Great communication skills
• Familiarity with various cyber security technologies

The Base Salary Range for this role is $185,000 - $225,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
