Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Customer Outreach Representative:

  • Enthusiastically educate customers about our client’s programs, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
  • Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with consumer accounts and initiate the sales and customer service processes
  • Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts
  • Answer questions from customers regarding products and sales orders using information available from our telecommunications clients
  • Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Outreach Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals

Qualifications we look for in a Customer Outreach Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended
  • 1 years of customer service, outreach, retail, or a client-focused environment is preferred
  • Passionate about identifying solutions to better the customer experience
  • Strong, active listening and sales presentation abilities
  • Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed
