• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Must be available to work the following schedule: M--F 9:00am to 3:00pm or 10:30am - 3:30pm or 11:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 5:30pm, flexible but must work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Closed on weekends.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
