The Cleaning Force - Winner of “Best of McKinney“ in 2020

We are honored to be partners of Cleaning For A Reason, providing free house cleaning for patients undergoing chemotherapy, as well as our well-deserving first responders of Collin County!

We need someone with a forward-thinking mindset to help us as we grow to the next level and own the routing and scheduling for roughly 20 technicians and up to 40 homes per day. Finding better processes and implementing them will be the key to success in this position. We are looking for someone that is collaborative, open, transparent, and community-driven. DETAILS ABOUT THE JOB:

  • You will be responsible for most of the day-to-day scheduling and communication to technicians for the company. Quality, Customer Care, Employee Care, and Route Optimization will be your key areas of focus.
  • Strong independent worker who can prioritize the "next big thing"
  • Ability to create a consistent happy workplace environment for our cleaning technicians and field supervisors
