An Assistant Manager will be trained and proficient in all areas of daily operation - Front of House/Sales, Line-Cook, and Meal Prep.
An Assistant Manager will also have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of associates during shifts when the General Manager is not present. During this time, you must guide and lead the staff, delegate responsibilities, handle conflict resolution, oversee daily operations of restaurant, and open/close the store as needed.
An Assistant Manager should have at least 1 year experience in retail/sales or restaurants. You will collaborate with a team of managers on daily operations and implementing new sales strategies. The management team is just that - a team! Not only are we looking for a self-starter and hardworking individual, but someone who is team oriented and a strong leader.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
