Responsible for providing direct nursing care as ordered by physician, outlined in the plan of care, and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. Takes charge in leading and directing resident/patient care on assigned shift. Directly supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure assignments and care are complete based on professional standards
