Clay Cooley Nissan of Duncanville is looking to add qualified and detail-oriented Main Line Service Technicians to our growing team! This Technician is responsible for completing system diagnostics and full automotive trouble shooting and testing. Job Duties:

• Examines, diagnoses, and discusses the malfunction of the vehicle with the Shop Foreman/Service Advisor for communication to the customers. The Main Line Technician provides labor time estimates to the Service Advisor.
• Replaces transmissions and fuel components as needed. The Main Line Technician repairs cooling components and systems including engine cooling and air conditioners.
• Plans work procedures in cooperation with the Shop Foreman. The Main Line Technician completes story or documentation for customer repairs.
• Conducts routine maintenance work aiming for vehicle longevity and functionality. The Main Line Technician maintains strict adherence to dealership policies on customer vehicle care and operations.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Technician knowledge/experience is required. Pay is based on experience.
• Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals.
• Flexible schedule
• Wear appropriate safety gear when in designated work area. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, in compliance with company regulations.
