Maintenance tech for apartment make ready and work orders. Must have a reliable vehicle and required tools. Apartment and Remodel experience, Drywall, minor electrical, HVAC, Boiler systems and plumbing repair. Rotating On-call emergency. This is a roving position responsible for several properties located close in proximity.
Lakewood and Brighton positions available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
