Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Upsell additional products and services to customers
- Utilize sales software to track and manage customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with dealership team members to ensure smooth sales operations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the vehicles and services offered by the dealership

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and customers
- Sales support experience, providing assistance and guidance to customers throughout the buying process
- Ability to upsell additional products and services to increase revenue
- Proficiency in using sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Knowledge of dealership operations and familiarity with automotive industry trends
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Comfortable with cold calling potential customers to generate leads

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
