Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Welding and metalworking as required
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in supervising maintenance activities
- Ability to maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automated systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order tracking and documentation
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills to effectively coordinate maintenance activities
