We are seeking a highly kind, caring, and well-spoken Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of service and care that Clarus Health is known for.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Offer exceptional patient service by greeting and assisting patients, answering inquiries, and empathizing with their situations.
• Utilize office experience to maintain a well-organized front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient administrative operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare administration is a plus
