WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY
Location: St. Charles, IL
Pay: This position earns a competitive hourly wage of $17
Hours: 8 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEASONAL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and voicemails that come through our Customer hotline. You will be a part of an exciting work environment while interacting with our internal Customer Care and Sales teams.
We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for excellent customer service!
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers incoming calls to the customer care phone line in a courteous and professional manner
- Enters information for orders and quotes
- Documents customer complaints and questions
- Communicates questions, and complaints to appropriate company representative
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a high school degree or equivalent
- Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal form)
- Great with details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Available until mid-August
- Likes to work in a fast-paced environment
