Clark Hill is Hiring a Data Coordinator Near Philadelphia, PA

This position will be central to identifying and implementing technology resources to benefit Clark Hill’s marketing and business development needs. They will be responsible for maintaining data infrastructure to enhance efficiencies, provide data analytics to demonstrate ROI, conserve resources, and help track our client and prospect interactions with firm marketing content. They will work collaboratively with our marketing and business development managers on these processes, with a focus on dashboard reporting, data collection and management, and CRM architecture. Depending on location, the role may also liaise with a subset of regional offices as their contact person for on-site team services.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and contribute to the evaluation of new marketing systems products, particularly those related to data collection and management, reporting, project management, client tracking, CRM, and profile management.
  • Help implement overarching multi-year strategy for tech adoption by Marketing and Business Development department and firm to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Serve as primary contact for related technology vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development managers in framing, planning for, and deploying CRM/database tool(s).
  • Work with team on data integrity and overall integration of CRM with digital communications and website as needed.
  • Support Business Development Managers in using CRM system for pipeline maintenance and related tracking.
  • Work with Marketing Specialist to further leverage SharePoint platform to enhance our internal communications and ensure data flow between tactical systems and data collection (e.g. pitches, sponsorship requests, event calendars, design requests, etc.).
  • Work with Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure data integrity, flow, and compliance between website and other martech systems.
  • Help develop benchmarks for marketing and business development analytics, providing dashboard tools to measure short- and long-term effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the pitch and proposal team to ensure accurate and available data on clients, prospects, and competitive analysis.
  • Establish and preserve relationships with the Information Technology department. Coordinate IT support of implementation and maintenance of systems.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, technology or related field and three or more years of experience in a professional services organization, preferably a law firm; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Background in marketing technologies, including SharePoint development and architecture, CRM and ERM systems, preferably specific to the legal industry, particularly with Client Sense, PitchPerfect, PowerBI, SharePoint, ASANA, and other industry standard platforms.
  • Computer proficient with excellent technology skills, including prior website administration experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, SharePoint, web analytics, and email marketing systems.
  • Solid understanding and experience with information architecture and user-centered design.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical information and instructions and communicate that information to others.
  • Strong client service focus, with excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with courtesy and diplomacy, efficiently follow written and verbal instructions, provide information, and maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of attorneys, clients, staff, and outside contacts. In addition, maintain effective relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Proactive with excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-through skills. Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical-thinking skills in exercising independent judgment in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detailed-oriented work environment, and make decisions based upon results of research.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills requiring an aptitude for detail, precision, and logic in order to conduct detailed analysis and administration of the firm’s website and intranet and coordinate and implement national and local marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills including record keeping, data collection, and system information. Ability to compile and analyze complex data and furnish concise, detailed information in report format, written correspondence, e-mail, or verbally.
  • Dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently and make decisions based upon results of research and within scope of the position’s responsibilities.
  • Ability to support event related submissions, on-site execution/webinars occasionally through accrediations, distributions of marketing materials, written documentation, or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
The salary range at the time of posting is $60,000-65,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
