Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Breakfast Host/Hostess. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our hungriest guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the breakfast service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the flow of guests by accurately estimating wait times and seating availability
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
- Collaborate with other relevant staff to ensure efficient service
- Effectively answer any questions about menu items
- Assist in cleanup of breakfast area at end of breakfast service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability to work schedule hours with a minimum of absences and tardiness
- Knowledge of hotel operations is beneficial but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.82 - $13.02 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 27 per week
