- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting
- Monitor and assess patients' condition and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a dialysis setting
- Minimum of 3 months in home dialysis therapy program
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
