Annual Pay Range: $53,767.31 - $67,749.92
Hourly Pay Range: $27.572979 - $34.743549
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

Clackamas County's Coordinated Housing Access (CHA) team within the Social Services Division is currently seeking a Human Services Coordinator 1 to join their team in providing personalized help for individuals experiencing a housing crisis. In this position, the primary responsibilities will include taking live calls for the CHA program, completing CHA assessments, creatively solving problems with community resources, referrals, and homeless diversion. This position will also provide coaching and training to CHA staff on more complex calls, coordination and education to community partners, and meeting and workshop facilitation.
Successful candidates will be skilled in balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, offer uncompromising and person-centered customer service to internal and external clients, and have experience working in a human services, social services, and/or housing program environment.
