As a Recruiter at CL Construction, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing requirements. This dynamic role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting insightful interviews, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a discerning eye for talent, and the ability to contribute to the development of our exceptional team.

What you are responsible for:

  • Collaborate with HR Director and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruiting, to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Implement efficient recruiting methods based on role requirements, industry standards, and company needs.
  • Assist in job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to the recruitment process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and regularly update the recruiting dashboard, tracking KPI’s to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, overseeing preparation of interview materials.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and actively participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

What you bring to the job:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with campus recruiting and building relationships with educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to meet organizational needs.
