Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent for site supervision of corporate and medical interiors projects throughout greater Austin, TX metro area.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site

-QA/QC work of trades/subcontractors

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

- Communicate schedule and project progress information to key stakeholders internally and on client side

- Ensure compliance with all OSHA Safety standards on site

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent OR Assistant Superintendent experience on larger projects

- OSHA 30

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Effective communication skills, ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, project management, and owners
