A well respected General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with experience in ground up Multi-Family construction to join our team to oversee and coordinate construction projects.
The qualified candidate will have
- Multi-Family project experience
- Overseeing construction of the project in the field
- Providing leadership to field foremen
- Subcontractor management
- Ensure successful completion of trade work
- Projects sizes range from $10-60M.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Oversee field personnel
- Administer projects in the field coordinating all phases of the project
- Keep project on schedule, provide clean and organized project site, provide crew duty list to job foreman and labor, prioritize schedule of subcontractor list
- Communicate with project manager and estimators regarding materials, initial project schedule and turnover sheets
