About This Position:
The MST Spanish Speaking Clinician will provide community-based treatment for children ages 12-17 struggling with delinquent behaviors. This individual will work with the youth and their family to identify strengths and challenges in the school, home, community and other systems involved in the adolescent’s life. In addition, the Therapist will emphasize behavior change in the youth’s natural ecology by developing weekly treatment goals with the family. The MST Therapist will be part of a clinical team including the MST supervisor, Team Consultant, Agency Psychiatrist and other MST Therapists. Model specific training will be provided to all therapists, as well as weekly supervision for ongoing case conceptualization and support with treatment goals.Qualifications:

• Fluent in speaking Spanish – Required
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling and/or Marriage and Family Therapy – Required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/ LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A – Required
• Valid driver’s license - Required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with individual and family counseling – Preferred but not Required
• Juvenile Justice Experience – Preferred but not Required

• $66,000 per year
• $5,000 bonus

• Mon-Fri with flexible start and end times ranging from 7am- 8pm. 35 hours per week.
