CJM is looking for a Maintenance Training Coordinator and Development Specialist to join our family! This role involves working closely with new and existing technicians to develop skills and ensure proper repairs. The position includes tasks such as creating training profiles, curriculums, and overseeing the execution of development plans for our Maintenance Technicians. Additionally, the role provides advanced technical assistance to Maintenance Technicians, both in the office and in the field. Coordinate and facilitate training for Maintenance Technicians, ensuring proper repairs and skill development.
Provide advanced technical assistance to Maintenance Technicians, both in-office and in the field.
Evaluate employee performance and conduct additional training as needed.
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to individual needs.
Plan and coordinate activities for Field Training Technicians, ensuring adherence to department training programs.
Stay updated on current technologies and equipment, attending or scheduling training seminars as necessary.
Provide advice and guidance to Field Maintenance Technicians.
Review and recommend preventive maintenance or repair procedures.
Develop and maintain training materials for store equipment.Qualifications:
Experience in multiple skill trade areas preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
General maintenance experience in commercial accounts.
Good problem solving skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Office suite applications and/or Google Documents, Sheets and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to climb ladders, operate hand/power tools, and lift equipment weighing over 75 pounds.
