Reach out to all new owners taken on for the first 3 months to ensure they are being handledcorrectly.
Reach out to existing owners on a monthlybasis to make sure they are happy. Educate them on how to use the portal, make contributions, make them aware of sales department if they are interested in selling. Make 100 contacts per month on a rotatingschedule. All owners should be contact twice annually.
Same as number 3 for real estate sales companies in the KC metro area. Targeting small boutique real estate companies.
Follow up with management leads that Jim gets weekly, about 10 per week.
Oversee transition duties for all new clients taken over to ensure smooth transitions.
Oversee placing ads for new hires in all departments and doing initial telephone interviews. All successful interviews would be sent to Jim and Brittany to interview.
Other duties as directed.
