Compensation:

$95,000 commission only

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • “Always Be Consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice
  • Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Host buyer and seller consultations to find out the needs and wants of the clients. Build and execute a game plan
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with the leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Keep up with local knowledge & education requirements to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Valid driver license
