Job Summary:
The Lead Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, performs a range of duties which includes but not limited to: initiating and answering calls to assist customers in establishing/scheduling, changing, or canceling appointments, ensuring customers have access to property for technician to complete appointments or related services, accurately gathering/recording customer information, preventing double-bookings, routing calls as appropriate, taking messages, responds to all incoming emails and chat messages from customers regarding scheduling appointments and answering broad questions and inquiries, assist with answering and providing guidance to technicians’ inquiries. Perform other related office tasks.
