- Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department, including orientation for new staff

- Maintains required records and reports performs budget planning Remains on-call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Working knowledge of state and federal Life Safety Code required
- At least 1-year experience working as a maintenance director in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
