Supply Coordinator is responsible for ordering and managing medical This includes the inventory, ordering, receipt, stocking and processing of all materials. Maintains inventory records of supplies on hand, ordered and received. inventory reduction initiatives. Ensures appropriate steps taken to comply with the Care Center environment of care requirements within to include removing expired products from the supply areas and clean/organized work areas. Properly Keeping invenory and ordering in a timely manner.
Porter and Laundry Dept associate
Coordinate and Assist with laundry - moving of carts with linnen and other duties as assigned to meet department needs.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
High School diploma, college preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year working with Medical/Surgical Supplies for Nursing Care Facility, Have experience and knowdledge of order placing . Experience with purchasing, accounts payable, Must be familiar with Materials Management Functions of inventory, ordering, receipt and stocking.,Experience in Laundry Dept for Nursing Facility.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Must be able to Maintain accurate inventory / supplies and be able to prioritize the needs of the Care Center.
Laundry and Porter Funtions.
Needs to be familiar with Microsoft Applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
PHYSICAL DEMAND Must be able to lift boxes up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand, squat and walk for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to push supply trucks up to 50 lbs.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate need to have experience in material- supply / inventory.
