GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Outreach Worker/Community Educator is responsible for providing HIV prevention services within the context of the HIV Prevention Program. The Outreach/Community Educator will facilitate group presentations using the evidence-based interventions, conduct counseling, testing and referral, community outreach, and other services in target communities. This position is responsible for identifying sites to conduct groups, preparing outreach schedule, monthly reports, and entering data. This is a full time position that reports to the program coordinator.

Hours: Normal working hours are 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. However, flexibility is required to accommodate evenings, late nights and weekend program activities.
