City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a_ Day Porter _to join our expanding team! For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout the Western United States including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Texas, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of building and doorways
• Assisting in light maintenance work
• Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
• Sanitizing
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and Auto insurance (if traveling between locations)
• Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. overhead
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
