Job Summary

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Mobile Day Porter to join our expanding team!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 am - 2:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 am - 10:30 am.

Driver license requiered

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between locations.
• Wipe down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-web buildings and doorways
• Assist in light maintenance work
• Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
• Sanitize
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures
• Light Tech Work (illegal dumps, graffiti, etc.)
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
• Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
