Responsibilities:
- Market and promote membership programs to potential customers
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing members
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand membership base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Negotiate pricing and terms with potential members to secure new business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in order to effectively sell membership benefits
