Responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist :
- Conducting full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including writing and posting job ads, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews through various mediums, and extending offers to successful candidates
- Comprehensive tracking and management of candidates through multiple sources
- Maintaining consistent communication with the hiring g teams to provide updates on positions
Requirements of the Recruitment Specialist :
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable navigating through various software systems
- A customer service mindset with a focus on advocacy
