City Personnel is Hiring a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator Near Bristol, RI

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join a well-established company in the Bristol, RI area. They are seeking highly motivated individuals who are proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Duties of the Part-Time Administrative Coordinator:
  • Assist in processing various types of benefits
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies
  • Collect and prepare information for operational reports as required
  • Handle paperwork distribution to employees, suppliers, and contractor
  • Support billing and invoicing procedures using QuickBooks
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and filing
Requirements for the Part-Time Administrative Coordinator:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's Degree preferred
