Responsibilities of the Junior Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Craft and execute innovative recruitment tactics, tailored to captivate proficient commercial drivers, harnessing diverse channels encompassing online job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and specialized networks.
• Initiate proactive candidate sourcing and identification via resume databases, online forums, and targeted industry platforms, ensuring a steady influx of potential talents.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews, diligently evaluating their qualifications and experience.
• Conduct meticulous reference and background checks on potential candidates, demonstrating strict adherence to company policies and rigorous compliance with industry regulations.
• Foster seamless collaboration with hiring managers and operations teams to gain insights into their unique driver requirements and preferences, ensuring a harmonious alignment throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications of the Junior Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or its equivalent, with the added advantage of holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting for CDL Drivers or Health workers is preferred.
