Answers inquiries from public and co-workers regarding departmental procedures and services.
Operates two-way radio to assist in dispatching transit operators.
Answer calls for ride bookings through WinReady on demand.
Assist passengers with times and locations of pick up/drop off points within the City limits.
Answer questions about transit routes.

Valid driver's license
Bilingual is a plus!
Familiarity with the Winchester area is a plus!
