City of Winchester is Hiring a Part-Time Recreation Center Attendant I Near Winchester, VA
Effectively answer telephone inquiries about park services, programs and facility schedules. Direct complex inquiries and questions to appropriate staff
Relay information to customers and to appropriate staff
Ability to effectively operate a computer and MS Office software
Ability to learn and operate specialized recreation software
Provide quality customer service to patrons
Inform patrons of department policies
Operate cash drawer and transactions
Register patrons for activities and memberships
Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed
Prepare deposit records
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Possession of or ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 6 months of employment
Cashier and customer service experience is preferred
