Concession Attendant-Harvey's Hut
Season begins early-May to early-September)
QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum age 16 years - Preferred
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily duties of the concession stand and aquatic center including but not limited to : food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking, and facility upkeep.
SUPERVISION
The Seasonal Concession Staff will report directly to the Assistant Manager and / or Concession Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Responsible, courteous, good communication skills, accurate cash handling skills, good work ethic and ability to work without close supervision.
Must possess a sense of pride and accomplishment with one's work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food prep and service in accordance with Health Dept. regulations and guidelines.
- Correctly operating all foodservice equipment
Proper food handling procedures -Standard Operating Procedures
Cash handling
- Accurate count of start-up and ending monies
- Accurate change counting
Accurate sales transactions
Inventory control
Daily restocking of merchandise.
Facility Upkeep
Daily and continuous cleaning of concession stand area and equipment
Enforce all rules and regulations with patrons
Assist with special events and facility operations.
- Comply with City of Troy and County regulations and policies.
- Any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
COMPENSATION
Work hours are determined by pool operation hours
HOURS
Summer Seasonal-must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
STARTING SALARY : $12.00 / HR
