City of Troutdale is Hiring an Engineering Associate (Open Positions: 1) Near Troutdale, OR
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides a variety of technical engineering, project management, programmatic and customer service functions at the intermediate level pertaining to planning, design, contract administration, construction inspection, program administration and implementation, and related matters for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, transportation and parks systems. This position is distinct from the higher level Civil Engineer position due to the lesser size, breadth and complexity of projects and programs assigned, greater oversight required for the Associate’s judgement and work product, lesser authority for independent decision-making, and the Associate not being required to hold a Professional Engineer License.
