Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Manager. As a Pool Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pool facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of pool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained pool area
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate and oversee pool events, such as swim meets and pool parties
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of revenue and expenses
- Prepare reports on pool usage, revenue, and maintenance activities
Skills:
- Previous experience in managing a pool or similar hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff members
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of lifeguards and other pool staff members
- Knowledge of shift management procedures to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
