Under general direction, is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing project efforts through the design and construction of the Howard W. Peak Greenway trail project that utilizes solutions for one or more small to medium-sized, moderately complex capital and smaller trail connection and enhancement projects. This position will work closely with Parks Operation staff to ensure trails are operational while overseeing and performing various administrative supportive tasks supporting the greenway trail program. May exercise functional supervision over assigned staff.
