Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patrol Officer. As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
- Enforce rules, regulations, and laws to maintain order and protect property
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Experience:
- Possess a valid certification in CPR, First Aid, or related training
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or security is preferred
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
