Monitor the City's legislative process, participate in policy development discussions with elected officials and department staff, addressing fiscal issues, analyze the impact of budget proposals and legislative actions, and write briefing papers for department management and policy makers to increase their understanding of budget issues, and design, develop and conduct complex financial studies for assigned areas of responsibility to meet goals and expectations of the City; Develop and present analysis to determine whether resources are used efficiently and economically.Work Location

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Minimum Experience
Four years of related experience including at least 2 years in a public sector environment
