Job Description
The City of Lynn Haven seeks a talented, well-versed Human Resource Generalist to coordinate and assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Department. These activities include recruiting and hiring employees, assisting with interviews, assisting with the management of pay, benefits, leave accruals, and pension programs, developing and enforcing personnel polices and procedures, and developing and producing staff and supervisory training courses and programs. The City has approximately 195 FTEs requiring a knowledgeable HR professional to assist the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management to ensure consistent, fair, and timely hiring processes are maintained, and that progressive training programs are developed and institutionalized.
